Sub-processors

This page describes providers identified for the Crewvector platform and distinguishes customer-data processing from other services. A provider may receive different categories of data depending on the features and communications used.

This is an informational list. Contractual authorisation, notification, objection and other arrangements are governed by the signed Customer Agreement and applicable binding data processing terms, subject to applicable law. Updating this page alone does not amend a Customer Agreement or replace any required notification or authorisation.

Providers supporting customer-data processing

Hetzner Online GmbH, Germany

Purpose: hosting infrastructure for the platform, databases and backups.

Location identified for the service: EEA.

Data potentially involved: records and documents hosted in the relevant infrastructure.

Hostinger International Ltd, Cyprus

Purpose: hosting infrastructure for the platform, databases and backups.

Location identified for the service: EEA.

Data potentially involved: records and documents hosted in the relevant infrastructure.

Zoho Corporation B.V., Netherlands

Purpose: business and service communications.

Locations identified for the service: Netherlands and Ireland; provider support arrangements may involve access from outside the EEA.

Data potentially involved: recipients' contact details, service messages and correspondence, including customer content where included in a message.

Its role as a processor or sub-processor depends on whether the communication concerns Crewvector's own business data or customer-controlled information.

LlamaIndex, Inc., United States — LlamaCloud

Purpose: automated extraction from documents when the customer uses the relevant feature.

Configured region identified for the service: EU.

Data potentially involved: uploaded documents and extraction results. LlamaCloud uses supporting model providers; applicable locations, retention and transfer safeguards must be considered across that processing chain.

Other providers and recipients

Google — browser resources

The platform loads fonts and script resources from Google. Such requests may transmit IP addresses, browser information and request metadata to Google. This is distinct from sending stored CRM records for processing. The applicable Google service and terms determine its role.

Google Analytics — public website

Google Analytics is identified for public-site analytics. Its use, cookie settings and consent arrangements are described in the Cookie Policy. It is not presented here as an authorised sub-processor of seafarer records.

Banks and professional advisers

Banks involved in invoice payments and professional advisers may receive information for their own legally defined purposes, as explained in the Privacy Policy. They are not listed as sub-processors of customer workspace records merely because they support Crewvector's business.

Locations and safeguards

The location of a provider's registered office is different from the location of processing or remote access. Applicable international transfers require an appropriate legal basis and safeguards under data protection law.

Information about the provider agreements and transfer safeguards relevant to a customer's service can be requested at privacy@crewvector.com.

Changes and questions

New or replacement sub-processors are handled in accordance with applicable legal requirements and the customer's binding contractual arrangements. This page does not create a separate objection period, cancellation right or refund promise.
