Cookies are small files stored by a browser. Related technologies include local storage and pixels. They can support authentication, remember preferences or measure website use.

A third-party resource can receive technical information, including an IP address, even where no cookie is stored.

2. Website and platform

The public Website and authenticated platform serve different purposes. Platform authentication is distinct from optional analytics on the public Website.

Necessary storage may be used without consent only where it meets the applicable legal exemption, for example where strictly necessary to deliver a service explicitly requested by the user. Optional analytics requires consent where prescribed by applicable law.

3. Necessary technologies

The platform uses authentication information to maintain authorised access. The authentication cookie is crw.crm.at.

The Website's cookie-preference mechanism may store the visitor's choice so that it can be respected on subsequent visits. The preference cookie is cv_cookie_notice.

4. Website analytics

Google Analytics 4 is identified for measurement of public Website visits. It can process technical and usage information, such as page visits, referral sources, browser/device information and approximate location.

Analytics cookies include _ga and property-specific ga… cookies. Their identifiers and expiry periods are listed in the cookie inventory.

Analytics data retention: CONFIRMED RETENTION PERIOD.

Analytics provider and transfers: CONFIRMED GOOGLE ENTITY, PROCESSING LOCATIONS AND TRANSFER SAFEGUARDS.

5. Choices

Optional cookies must remain disabled until the required consent has been given. You should be able to reject optional cookies and withdraw consent as easily as you give it.

This policy explains technology and privacy choices. It does not replace or amend a signed Customer Agreement, constitute consent to optional technologies, or reduce statutory rights.
