This policy explains the cookies and similar technologies used on the public website at crewvector.com (the "Website") and in the Crewvector platform at crewvector.app (the "Platform"). It complements our Privacy Policy.
1. Cookies and similar technologies
Cookies are small files stored by your browser. Similar technologies include local storage, which keeps information in your browser, and tags, which send information to a provider when a page loads. They can keep you signed in, remember your preferences or measure how a website is used.
A third-party resource can receive technical information, such as your IP address, even where it does not store anything on your device.
2. Our approach
We use strictly necessary cookies and storage without asking for consent where they are needed to provide a service you have requested, to keep it secure or to remember your cookie choice. Optional analytics, advertising measurement and embedded video on the Website are used only after you agree to them, and stay disabled if you decline.

Google Analytics 4. We use Google Analytics to understand how the Website is used. It processes information such as the pages you visit, how you arrived at the Website, your browser and device, and your approximate location. Google Analytics data is kept for no longer than 14 months.
Google Ads. We use Google Ads tags to measure whether visits from our advertisements lead to enquiries sent through the contact form. With your consent, Google may also use this information to show our advertisements to people who have visited the Website. Google may set its own cookies on its domains for these purposes; they are described in Google's list of advertising cookies.
Wistia. The product video on the Website is hosted by Wistia, Inc., 120 Brookline Street, Cambridge, Massachusetts, USA. Until you accept, a still image is shown in its place and the Wistia player is not loaded.
Providers and transfers. Google Analytics and Google Ads are provided in the European Economic Area by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Information may be processed by Google LLC in the United States and in other countries. Google LLC and Wistia, Inc. are certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and also use the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses. 5. Website: analytics and resources without cookies
Ahrefs Web Analytics. We use Ahrefs Web Analytics, provided by Ahrefs Pte. Ltd. (Singapore), to count Website visits. It does not store cookies or other information on your device and does not keep IP addresses with the analytics data. When a page loads, it receives technical information such as the page address, the referring page and your browser type, and gives us aggregated statistics. We use it on the basis of our legitimate interest in understanding how the Website is used. Ahrefs stores data in the United States and uses Standard Contractual Clauses for transfers from the European Economic Area. See the Ahrefs Privacy Policy.
Fonts and scripts. To display pages, the Website loads fonts from Google Fonts and script libraries from jsDelivr. These requests send your IP address and browser information to the provider but do not store cookies for us.
6. Platform
The Platform is used by our customers' authorised users after sign-in. It uses only strictly necessary and functional technologies, and no third-party analytics or advertising.

7. Your choices
When you first visit the Website, a banner lets you Accept or Decline optional cookies. Both options are equally easy to choose, and optional technologies stay disabled until you accept.
Changing your choice. You can change your choice at any time by clicking "Cookie settings" at the bottom of any page of the Website. The banner opens again so that you can accept or decline. If you decline after accepting, the Google cookies and Google and Wistia local storage described above are removed from our domain. Your choice is remembered for six months, after which we ask again.
You can also block or delete cookies and local storage in your browser settings. Blocking the Platform's sign-in cookie will prevent you from signing in.
Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before you withdrew it.
8. Relationship with customer agreements
This policy explains technology and privacy choices. It does not replace or amend a signed Customer Agreement, constitute consent to optional technologies, or reduce statutory rights.
9. Updates and contact
We update this policy when the technologies we use change, and ask for your consent again where required.
