1. About these terms

These Website Terms of Use apply to the public informational pages of crewvector.com (the “Website”), operated by CREWVECTOR GLOBAL S.R.L. (“Crewvector”, “we”, “us”).

They do not govern access to or use of the Crewvector customer platform, customer workspaces, or services provided under a signed customer agreement, even where those services are accessible through the same domain.

2. Customer agreements

Crewvector provides its platform to business customers under a separate written agreement signed by the parties (the “Customer Agreement”). The scope of services, fees, payment, renewal, termination, refunds, confidentiality, liability and dispute resolution are governed by that Customer Agreement and any annexes or amendments validly agreed under it, subject to applicable law.

These Website Terms do not replace, amend or supplement a Customer Agreement and do not constitute the platform rules referred to in a Customer Agreement. Publication of these Website Terms, visiting the Website or continuing to use the platform does not, by itself, amend a Customer Agreement or incorporate these Website Terms into it.

If there is any inconsistency concerning contracted services, the Customer Agreement governs the contractual relationship. Nothing on this Website limits mandatory legal obligations or the rights of individuals under applicable data protection law.

3. Information and enquiries

The Website provides general information about Crewvector. Descriptions, examples, screenshots and demonstrations may illustrate functionality that depends on the customer's agreed service scope or configuration.

Submitting an enquiry or requesting a demonstration does not, by itself, conclude a service agreement or create a payment obligation. The services and commercial terms to be supplied are those agreed with the customer in writing.

Website information does not constitute legal, employment, maritime regulatory or other professional advice.

4. Intellectual property

The Website's software, design, text, graphics and branding belong to Crewvector or its licensors, except where otherwise indicated. You may view the Website and share links to its public pages. Other copying, distribution or commercial use requires permission unless permitted by applicable law.

Third-party names and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

5. Acceptable use of the Website

You must not use the Website unlawfully, introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation or infringe the rights of others.

Please obtain our written permission before conducting vulnerability scans, load tests or penetration tests. Report suspected security issues to privacy@crewvector.com.

These Website rules do not introduce additional grounds for suspension or termination of contracted platform services.

We take reasonable care in preparing Website information, but it may be updated and may not describe every customer's service configuration. We do not promise uninterrupted availability of the public Website.

External links are provided for convenience. Third-party websites operate under their own terms and privacy notices.

This section does not reduce any service commitment, remedy or liability agreed in a Customer Agreement or imposed by applicable law.

7. Privacy and cookies

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal data is handled. Our Cookie Policy explains cookies and similar technologies.

These notices provide information about processing; they do not replace a Customer Agreement or any binding data processing terms. Visiting the Website is not consent to optional cookies or marketing.

8. Changes

We may update these Website Terms for the public Website. The date above identifies the latest revision. Changes do not amend existing Customer Agreements, whose amendment procedures continue to apply.
